Happy Saturday! A couple of announcements about what's happening the next couple of weeks leading up to October.

Fitness Tests: Passing score for our fitness tests was 70% or higher. If you got below a 70%, you will have to redo the fitness test in the next couple of weeks.

Tuesday, September 19th: Backwards Day!
Classes will be the same as usual, but some things can be backwards; get as creative as you'd like.

Friday, September 22nd: Marker Sparring at Westy!
This is a good opportunity for all levels to work on their sparring skills for now or the future, as well as get to know the students and black belts from our sister school in Westminster.
It will be at 8 pm at the Westy school (9165 Lowell Blvd. A, 80031

Hi everyone! A couple of announcements about this coming week:

- MONTHLY FITNESS TESTING: Please come in at least once so we can fitness test students! Our scores were very low last test, so if you pass this fitness test you are excused from the monthly fitness tests until our regular test (once every three months, the next required test will be in October.)

- SPIRIT DAY: Bad/Crazy Hair Day on Saturday September 2nd!

-SWAT MEMBERS: If you are a black or brown belt that swats, please start signing up again so we can prepare for and run classes more efficiently. We now have a digital SWAT sign up, so it is easier for swat members to sign up from home.
