Testing out mocktails today for my birthday party this Saturday! Here’s how I feel about them :) I plan to adjust the following before my guests try them out…
1. The Cherry Berry Bliss Booch Mocktail needs a better balance between the delicious booch that Jamie Hermansen made me and the strawberry that I’m adding.
2. The Lavendar Lemon Love Chai needs some carbonation so I’m going to add club soda to that one.
3. The Nana Foster is a bit flavorless and not as sweet as I’d like it to be. I plan to pick up a bit of banana syrup to add in.

All of these have a tea base and sugar rum that I got from The Spice & Tea Exchange 🫚🫖🥥🍹🍮

Yesterday Teri Fox and I were finally able to bring our vision to life. We have been planning this collaboration for a couple of months now. After two reschedules we finally had the perfect weather to bring a bit of healing to our community.

This collaboration was medicine. Teri brought us a picnic to enjoy the first time the event was cancelled and then showed up yesterday morning with cacao and a plan to dance it all out. Our friendship feels like such a gift.

Her Dru yoga was so fabulous and truly allowed me to receive before putting energy outward during the sound bath portion.

There is nothing more beautiful in this life than brining magical souls together to move, surrender, scream, and deeply appreciate the life all around. Thank you to every single soul who showed up yesterday, not for us but for yourselves. May you continue to take your journey into your own hands and walk your most authentic path✨

Sigh. I had a huge breakthrough when I realized social media could be fun. Posted every day for 3 months. I realized it could be about building community it didn’t have to strictly sell more. I discovered the gift of authentic content creation. Then everything became content. Every conversation, experience, emotion, disappointment. Instead of being present in my life I started to view everything through a lens of “how can I make this digestible for social media?” But it also feels necessary, like there isn’t any other option but a consistent social media presence. Not to mention I genuinely want to construct a community here, one of support, healing, authenticity, and freedom from societal restrictions. So anyway, figuring it out as I go😀 if you want more realness on your feed, we might be besties 🤍
