Did someone say dream bags?🌙
So excited for the private bachelorette event that I’m doing tomorrow. I’ve known for quite some time now that the energy of bachelorette parties would start to shift. Now I’m seeing it happen before my very eyes!! Things to include in a dream bag and why 🌙💤

My 14 year old brother trusted his woo-woo yoga teaching, sound bowl playing sister!! He came to his first ever in studio yoga class last night accompanied by a sound bath shavasana. The best part??? He enjoyed it 🥹✨🫶🏻 he said it was very relaxing and he almost took a nap at the end. So grateful to get the opportunity to share a part of my journey with him.
We also got ice cream at ! Their ice cream is made in house and that is 100% reflected in the flavor. The perfect way to wrap up your first yoga class🍦

This week is a lighter one, thank goddess! Not only will I get the chance to finally focus my efforts on the Hawaii 🌺 retreat coming up in September (details soon to come!!) but I will also get the opportunity to spend time with my teen brother. Bear Creek Lake, we’re coming for you🐟🦆💦
