On Tuesday we begin regular uniform attire. If you have grown since the start of summer this might be a great time to get a new uniform to be ready for class. Check to make sure all your patches are properly soon and that your uniform is clean and odor free.

Today is our school’s 36 year anniversary. We opened originally on 9–1–1990 at that time. I was just about 30 years old, and a 3rd degree for three months when I took the plunge and opened up ATA Martial Arts Lakewood. I am eternally grateful to all the hundreds of students we have trained and mentor over the years and look forward to the future. Here’s a glimpse of some of the old days.

Chief Master Kevin Kaminski will be visiting our Region on Saturday, November 21 to teach two black belt weapon forms, long range JB and ssahng knat. This six hour day is a unique experience to train with one of the best right here in Lakewood. Go to this link to get registered. Space is limited please consider joining us.
