Keep it simple! The hardest challenge for a lot of clients is controlling their diet. Trends and misconceptions posted all over the internet can make it seem daunting when in all reality you just need to get back to the basics.
Keep your meals simple if you're struggling with your diet. This is ground beef with mixed veg, rice, and avocado. You could have another meal of chicken thighs, rice, and avocado. Add complexity later

Mary turned 75 today and got an awesome workout. We started working together 8 years ago after she started to experience lack of mobility and knee pain to point of being in a wheelchair at times. Her hard work and dedication has made her stronger than ever.
