Nico absolutely smashes the golf ball. Incredible athlete.
When he started with us I honestly wasn’t sure how much more swing speed we could get out of this guy in just 30 days.
He already had elite swing speed (came in sitting at 132mph) but we put him through the program and he crushed it.
Nico finished the program with a swing speed PR of 146mph AND blew his 200mph ball speed goal out of the water with an incredible 210mph PR!

When training to increase distance off the tee, club head speed is normally where we focus. However, faster club head speed doesn’t always equate to more distance. If you can’t find the center of the face, that speed isn’t doing you any good.
Next time you do a speed session forget about swing speed and work to get your BALL SPEED up.
This was a speed session I did a couple nights ago and all I was trying to do was increase BALL SPEED.
…and I hit this Ball Speed PR even though my club head speed wasn’t all that fast.
I’ll take Efficiency > Power 8 days a week.

📣 BULK UPDATE 💪
Week 6 ➡️ Done and Dusted ✅
Starting Weight = 196.6 lbs
Today’s Weight = 204.8 lbs
(This Week’s Avg. Weight = 203.3 lbs)
Weight Gained = 6.7 lbs (Avg.)
Weeks 3-5 were tough. I really struggled to eat enough.
It’s funny - when I want to cut weight I’m ALWAYS craving something and when I’m bulking I could go 2 days without eating anything.
Funny how that works. We want what we can’t / don’t have.
Anyway - Feeling good and loving the pump. These types of workouts really bring me back to my middle school and high school days.
These workouts have been fun, but also really tough…
You’re not always gonna enjoy the process, but if you crave the outcome enough, that wont matter.
