Yoga supports your body and mind in more ways than you might expect. 🌿
Studies show that regular yoga practice can improve flexibility, balance, and strength, while also reducing stress, anxiety, and improving overall well-being.
Even short, consistent sessions can help regulate your nervous system, improve posture, and support better sleep over time. You don’t need a long practice—just a willingness to show up and move with awareness.
