We offer regularly scheduled yoga classes, special yoga workshops, and yoga teacher training courses, all in the tradition and method developed by B.K.S.

The Director of Blue Spruce Yoga is Leslie Bradley, who has taught Iyengar yoga since 1985, is certified at the Intermediate level, and has served as an assessor in the Iyengar yoga teacher certification system since 2003.
