Flavor by Chef T will be donating chef crafted tartar sauce and coleslaw for the Fishes & Loaves Festival. We’ll also be representing Grace Fellowship’s mentorship program for young men.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve our neighbors and share the importance of walking alongside the next generation with faith and encouragement.

This is going to be an event!

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Inks Dam National Fish Hatchery decided our little event was worth lending a hand, and we’re pretty "pinch-me-is-this-real" excited about it.

They’ll be stocking the creek with catfish for the festival — fish you can take home or throw back. Good ones!

And please, do not try to figure out the stocking date and get there early. Love your neighbor on this one...we promise there will be plenty of fish to go around. Trust us.

We're not selling your teens anything containing caffeine.
This includes energy drinks and preworkouts mixes.

I wish major retailers would start enforcing the 18+ recommendations that the products come labeled with.

Alright folks, we're gonna try it again!

We will have a supervised kids room
for infants to 6yo and we are also completing an
unsupervised area for older kids
who can self entertain.

But it will be worth it!

With all the talk and headlines in our paper about 3rd Street and the downtown area, I thought it would be a good time for an update on the steak house.
Yes, It is still in the works. I have a lot of irons in the fire lately so somethings move a little slower. I have cleared out most of the old stuff and a paint job is in the works. A new floor will be right after that. I am looking at booths, table tops, chairs, flatware, plates and that list just keeps growing. All I wanted too create was a nice, intimate upscale steakhouse for Lampasas. And that takes a little time and planning.
I am always jealous of other small town squares that are thriving and alive. I am grateful that I can do my part to start a little CPR on our little town square.
