Tomorrow!!! Saturday January 31 from 2-3pm.
I have a few spots open for a grounding restorative yoga practice with a soundtrack of some of the most beautiful covers songs.
An amazing opportunity to give our collective anxious energy a break. Enabling us to feel revived and ready to take on our challenges.

Every Saturday afternoon from 12-1:30pm (also offered as a virtual option if you are not in the Lancaster area), I lead a vinyasa and nidra class
I like to call this class a Dharma: Mixtape class. I choose an idea to meditate on and look at from a yoga philosophy perspective and share my insights and thoughts during class. Since music has always been a big part of my life and something I connect to emotionally, I also enjoy curating a Playlist to reflect those thoughts.
The past few weeks I've been sharing those thoughts and playlist in a Substack article. This week I dug a little deeper into the idea of independence and thought about what it means to fully liberate ourselves from pain and suffering in our lives.
I'd love for you to take a few minutes and read my article.
Let me know your thoughts and how you feel we can free ourselves from pain and misery.
Find me on Substack at PMA Yoga.
Thank you all, be well.
