It was a pleasure to be able to speak about the importance of fitness for those who have experienced a brain injury, at the LRH brain injury support group. If you or someone you love is a brain injury survivor, this support group is a great resource! 🧠💪
Attendees at LRH’s Brain Injury Support Group on February 5th learned about the benefits of exercise and physical activity for those with a brain injury or other neurological diagnoses. Zach Malpass is a board certified neurologic physical therapy specialist and owner of Resilient Neuro-Wellness where he provides adaptive personal training services, including urban poling, to clients in Lancaster County. Join us at our next meeting on April 2nd at 6pm and comment here with topics you wish to see discussed at future meetings.
