As a Martial Artist I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Chuck Norris (March 19, 2026). He was, and will continue to be, an inspiration for millions. I, have watched every movie that he made and have watched Walker Texas Ranger several times. His philosophy on Martial Arts, his contribution to youth over the many decades of his life, the impact that he had on others to grow and be the best version of themselves are a very small part of his many contributions to the world. I would say rest in peace, but there is no quit to Chuck Norris. Instead I'll say, keep kicking. Bruce Lee, here comes round two!

US Open 2026 in the books. A long day of waiting, but in the end it was worth it. It was awesome to see and compete against such great competitors from all around the world. I even got to meet Master Han! I want to thank Grandmaster Ahn for his invaluable instruction and supprt with Hongik E-Hwa.

Landing in Vegas soon. US Open 2026. Looking forward to a great experience and continuing to grow in Taekwondo.
