Knouse-Trap Turkey Calls

Yesterday was another good day in the turkey woods. Last year, I lost my grandfather. I hunted with him until he was 91 years old, and he was an inspiration on so many levels. He taught me to make calls, he taught me how to remain calm, cool and collected in the turkey woods. I have felt his presence and his calming hand on my shoulder every time I have taken to the turkey woods this spring. Who inspires you!?

Another trip south to Virginia & North Carolina = more memories and deeper friendships.
