Speed and Conditioning
We finished up preseason training with L-S Boys Lacrosse last week with speed work and a conditioning circuit. A solid 8 weeks of training together and the team is now ready for the official start of spring sports on Monday! Good luck this season!

It's been a solid 2 months of preseason training with Lampeter-Strasburg boys lacrosse preparing for the 2021 season! This dedicated group continues to push themselves as we have one last week of workouts before the season begins
