The new and improved Restoration Relief Mitigators embark on the 2024 winter season after a great summer session where we fell short in an over time loss in the semi finals to the Rebels who eventually went on to win the RIHL title.

The Regency Rookie Hockey League (RRHL) is an adult men's hockey league at the Regency Ice Rink in Lancaster, PA. The Mitigators recently won the 2017 Fall Season Championship. The Team is named the Mitigators as a nod to their uniform sponsor, Paul Davis Mid-Atlantic, which provides professional mitigation and reconstruction services through the Central PA area.
It’s the new year and the Mitigators are about to embark on a new campaign for the RIHL’s second season. Stay tuned for updates including our teams regular season schedule. See you at the rink!
As we turn from the spring to summer our league drafts for the new session. We will say farewell to:
Tommy Miller who was selected by The Predators
Brian Miller who was selected by The Bulldogs
Chris Pastal who was selected by The Stallions. They get a chance to learn and gel with a new team, good luck continued success and we look forward to facing you during the season.
We welcome:
Bill Platt who comes over from The Bulldogs

Vince Nolan
Thank you to the fellows that leave our dressing room, you were great teammates your solid play made the championship possible and we will certainly miss you and your dependability on the ice.

The Spring 2018 season begins tonight with the Bulldogs and Predators taking the ice at 840pm.
This season marks the start of our 8th year in existence. We started in 2011 with three teams and have grown to 7 teams.
Players are reminded to be respectful on and off the ice. This is a passionate sport. Skate hard each shift but remember our rules to avoid contact as much as possible. We are one of the best men's leagues in the central Pennsylvania region thanks to the members and your commitment to the league and the Regency Ice Rink.
