Classes on Thursday mornings at 7 am, Sunday mornings at 9 am. Please contact us to confirm prior to attending your first class. $5 mat fee, no contracts required.

Classes are Thursdays at 7 a.m. and Sundays at 9 a.m. there is a $5 per class mat fee, no contracts no commitments. DM before coming to class for the first time!
