When Peggy first came to train with Matthew at Stout-Heart, her back pain was so severe she could barely walk. Simple daily tasks felt impossible. 😔
Fast forward to today... this incredible 80-year-old warrior is leg pressing over 200 lbs for 15 solid reps, carrying sandbags like it's nothing, and pushing sleds heavier than most people half her age dream of.
Her life has changed drastically — more freedom, more joy, more confidence. Proof that it's never too late to reclaim your strength and rewrite your story. 💥
Peggy's journey inspires us at every single session.
Age doesn't define your limits — your willingness to show up does.

Fun Memorial Day morning workout! Very thankful for the sacrifices so many Americans have made to protect the freedoms that we enjoy today. We sacrificed a little today to help us remember theirs.

Client highlight! Today we are sharing some of Diego's progress. When Diego first started working with in 2023, he couldn't really stand or walk without supporting himself with his upper body.
Over the months of consistent strength training, Diego has not only progressed to walking short distances on his own, but he can hold a sandbag while standing, unassisted. Recently, he has begun pushing the sled and has set himself goals of how many coaches he can push on the sled at once. As you can see by the videos, he is now pushing 2 coaches!
We are super proud of Diego and the progress he continues to make!

Do you find yourself giving up and giving in when things get tough? Does it make you angry that you can't seem to stick to something hard? Is it frustrating that you quit whenever you start to reach the point where you will see change in your life?
The lie that you can make life easy if you just get the right circumstances is wrecking so many people.
Life will never be easy. You need to stop preparing for your life to get easier and start learning to handle the hard things life will throw at you!
You need to become more resilient. You need to build strength (mental and physical) for the journey ahead. You need to take real action.
Sitting at home, reading self help books and listening to podcasts is not taking action. It's lulling you into a false sense of being prepared. It's being the person that puts together a grocery list, but never goes to the store. All the knowledge in the world won't help you if you have never applied it.
How about this New Year's, instead of making a goal to lose a few pounds, you make a commitment to becoming a human being that can go into the storm instead of running from it. How about you become the person that your family looks to for strength in the midst of trouble, instead of being the one that has to be carried whenever the going gets tough.
The world isn't going to get easier. Are you going to get stronger?
If you want to work with coaches that know how to build mental and physical strength, DM us today and ask for more information on our resilience training.
