A HUGE thank you to everyone - trainers, riders, volunteers, horses and families - that came to our newest show the FHSC Mid-Summer Spectacular!
While it was not the largest show, it made up in heart and joy, riders were able to showcase their skills in a cozy, air conditioned arena with a wonderful atmosphere and support staff from the Kissimmee Valley Livestock Pavillion.
We hope everyone had a safe trip home, and look forward to seeing more of you next year in the larger venue, or (potential spoiler alert) new KVLS Pavilion!
We are excited to see everyone this coming weekend! For trainers who wish to arrive Thursday, please email us today or tomorrow so we have time to get the shaving in and stall count.
Early arrival is $59 per horse.
See you soon!
Thank you to all the trainers, riders and families that came out to support the FHSC Spring Classic at the Grand Oaks Resort this weekend!!
We had to postpone the Parents’ Lead-Line Class due to weather, but all the real riders got to finish their competition. We will hold the benefit class at a later date and will send emails to the trainers to figure out the date.
All in all we saw lots of smiles, excellent rides, and beautiful horses.
Thank you again for the support, and we will see you at the shows coming up in the Summer and Fall!

Hello from The Grand Oaks Resort!
For those attending this weekend, but may not have been here in a while (or ever) some quick directions for once you are on property.
All remaining entries with stalls will be hosted in the indoor, air conditioned Museum Barn, located near the show office and a short walk to the show arena.
After entering resort from Marion County Rd, go straight ahead and left at the fork. Follow signs that will point you to the Bistro (closed for the time being), the show office will be on your left, and the Museum Barn just a bit further on the right.
Stall areas are marked for the barns and entries.
The actual show will be held in the Racetrack Arena.
ALL attendees, horse owners, trainers, , helpers, riders (or riders parent/guardian) will be required to sign a Grand Oaks liability waiver to participate in the show. Any questions or confusion, please contact the Florida Horse Show Circuit as needed.
Now some fun stuff!
Just a quick reminder for those attending the Spring Classic Horse Show; be sure to remind your riders that they can choose their music for their classes, on a first come first serve basis! We will accept requests until Saturday 23 April.
We will have concessions open on site, and box seat tables under tents available for barns and families as well.
T-shirts! T-shirts! T-shirts!
We will also have these available ring-side and in the show office.
We will also accept entries for Academy additions up to the morning of Sunday 24th without a late fee, in case of last minute decision makers!
Thank you for your support and attendance and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow!
We hope those who attended the ProAm Charity Show in Perry, GA and early April shows in Lexington, KY all had an amazing, fun and safe showing!
We are just a bit more than one week away from hosting the Florida Horse Show Circuit Spring Classic, and entries are coming in, so we wanted to give a few updates.
Some housekeeping first:
Barns can begin setting up at the stables Saturday 23 April, 2022 in stalls, and we have requested space for folks to trailer in early, Sunday 24 April for those who do not wish to come up Saturday. We will folks know by Monday 18 April if this is an option.
HOWEVER - as a really nice incentive for your families who can make the trip Saturday, Grand Oaks has made available time and maps for private trail rides for individuals, or groups with trainers who would like to show their teams the “lighter side” of working with our wonderful horses and give the riders an opportunity to relax with their partners before competition.
If there is have a lot of interest, we can assist in organizing the timing with the Grand Oaks team so groups can go out together. If weather or logistics dampen the demand, then those who wish to ride on the trails will be able to do so and we will facilitate with maps, available snacks and so forth. Just let us know via email and we will organize accordingly.
ALSO - we are again offering rider the opportunity to choose the music for their classes on a first come first serve basis. Same price and process as previously. (See below)
CHOOSE YOUR SHOW CLASS MUSIC
Want to compete to a song of your choice while showing in your class? Secure your favorite song for $20 per class. One song is allowed per class and is available on a first come first serve basis. Priority is determined by email timestamp. If the song choice has inappropriate lyrics for the audience in attendance, you may be asked to choose a different song. Email [email protected] for either experience. Please allow 24- 48 hours for confirmation.
LASTLY - we will have concessions running throughout the day with hot food, and cold soft drinks and snacks.
P.S. As with any show, we are always seeking volunteers to assist in various capacities from ring and paddock, to ribbons and awards. Please contact us with any availability with our greatest appreciation for any and all assistance!
Entries and purchases can be done online at www.horseshowsonline.com, or forms and prize list downloaded from our Circuit website directly.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at The Grand Oaks Resort!
