As most of my friends know, unlike my husband Tom, I really don't like to exercise which resulted in my gaining weight and feeling like crap. Starting 1/3/23 I decided to get healthy, finally listen to Tom and start training with him 3 times a week and walking Levi 2 miles a few days a week.
Have to say, I've lost quite a few pounds and more importantly, am sleeping better and it isn't an effort to bend down to pick something up. Have much more energy.
