Short on time? ( or energy if you’re like me😅)You don’t need 10+ exercises or an hour at the gym to get a good workout in.
Here’s how I simplify it for my busy schedule:
1️⃣ Pick a lower-body movement
Squat • lunge • step-up • hip thrust
2️⃣ Pick an upper-body push
Push-up • shoulder press • chest press
3️⃣ Pick an upper-body pull
Row • lat pulldown • bicep curls
4️⃣ Add a core movement
Plank • dead bug • Pallof press • carry
5️⃣ Choose your format
Try 3–4 rounds of 8–12 reps OR 40 seconds of work + 20 seconds of rest.
Save this for the next time you only have 20 minutes. 👏

Going home for the summer usually means losing the structure that kept you fueled during your season.
No dining hall.
No team schedule.
No routine meals.
No accountability.
It doesn’t have to be like that though. With a plan and consistency you could be crushing your summer lifts and levelling up for next season.
Whether it’s your first season or your last, you owe it to yourself to be on top!

If you’re serious about leveling up your game, start here 👇
1. Stop comparing yourself. Everyone’s timeline looks different—focus on YOUR progress.
2. Take recovery seriously. Nutrition, sleep, and mindset aren’t extras… they’re part of performance.
3. HS athletes: don’t rush into one sport too early. Build a well-rounded foundation.
4. Train your reset. Mistakes are part of the game—learn how to respond, stay composed, and get right back into it.
5. Have fun. Seriously. This won’t last forever, so enjoy the process while you’re in it.
Consistency > perfection. Stack the small wins 💪
Most people think they need:
• More motivation
• More discipline
• More time
But the real issue?
No clear plan to follow.
If you’re guessing every workout…
Skipping meals or “winging it”…
Training when you feel like it…
Of course results feel random.
Consistency isn’t about willpower —
it’s about having a system.
