When you start the workout verse during!😩😩😩
It’s not always so fun in games but… When you’re working with a personal trainer like Max from My Fitness Guide in Lansing ,  it starts to feel a little bit more enjoyable!
We brought back today and max taught us the importance of weightlifting!
We covered everything from upper body, lower body and even nutrition!
