Total fitness gym on the westside of Lansing Mi. We offer many different single, couples, and family membership levels. Along with tanning and group classes.

With most memberships, we offer child care during prime hours so you can get your work out in. We understand that it is difficult sometimes to make it to the gym so we are open 24 hrs 7 days a week 365 days a year.
