Why Play Rugby?
Rugby has many benefits as a sport. It will improve your conditioning and overall body fitness to last through any game.
Rugby involves many skills that can apply to almost any other sport like passing, catching, kicking, and contact control.
Rugby will teach you to be safe with your head and body while taking or giving contact. As well as many other benefits and lessons that will be useful on and off the field!
