Cayuga Lake Seido Karate Helping people live their best lives through the study of traditional Japanese karate.

Cayuga Lake Seido Karate was founded in January, 2006, as a recreation program with a small group of dedicated students. We have since grown to include a full program for adults and children at our beautiful dojo in the town of Lansing where we serve the greater Ithaca and Tompkins County areas. With more than 150 students actively training, our dojo provides a richly diverse environment in which students can develop their own strengths.
