I am offering a Chakra cleansing meditation practice today at 5:00, in the yurt! If you need a " tune- up" for clarity, focus, and overall we'll being, please pm me for location!

Space is limited! Bliss is abundant! New schedule is:
Monday 5:30 pm yin
Wednesday 5:30 pm yin/yang
Every other Tuesday 5:30 pm workshop TBA
Saturday 10:00 am hatha
Park outside of cul- de- sac please
All levels welcome!

Greetings! I want to let all of the local yoga community that I will be adding some exciting new yurt gatherings this summer. Meditation and Journaling, Qi Gong, chanting and private yoga instruction! I have an Old Towne and Laporte location. I can't wait to see you again! 🙏
