Its been a busy spring in the yurt! Equinox mini retreat. Nature mandala. Sound healing with crystal bowls. And, a bit of Kirtan! 🧘🙏🧘‍♀️

I am offering a Chakra cleansing meditation practice today at 5:00, in the yurt! If you need a " tune- up" for clarity, focus, and overall we'll being, please pm me for location!

Monday 5:30 pm yin
Wednesday 5:30 pm yin/yang
Every other Tuesday 5:30 pm workshop TBA
Saturday 10:00 am hatha
Park outside of cul- de- sac please
All levels welcome!
