Our team showed up to the Laredo PD 5K/10K and brought home the plaque for the Largest Community Group in Attendance! 🏆

Running is still fairly new to a lot of our members, and for the past 2 years we’ve been working hard to incorporate more running into our training. To now see so many of our clients confidently showing up, pushing themselves, supporting one another, and crossing finish lines together is something that truly makes us proud as coaches.

Many of our members also placed in their age categories! 🔥
