In Loving Memory of Mr. Lopez – Al & Rob Sales Uniform Store
đź–¤
Zapata County Fire Department extends our heartfelt condolences to the family of Mr. Lopez owner of Al & Rob Sales Uniform Store in Laredo, Texas. Since 1978, Mr. Lopez proudly served generations of our ZCFD Family.
For nearly half a century, Al & Rob’s has been more than a uniform store it’s been a tradition. Each October, during our department’s uniform budget season, we looked forward to our visits. Mr. Lopez was always there, ready to greet us at the counter with his signature voice and warm welcome. We couldn’t leave without him showing us the latest jackets or boots he had just received. He had a way of making every purchase personal—because, to him, it wasn’t just about the sale, it was about the people.
Always by his side was his loving wife, Mrs. Alma Lopez, whom we all adore. The two lovingly called each other “hunny” and together, created a welcoming environment that made every visit feel like coming home.
We would like to send our prayers to his loving family and friends as they grieve his loss. We will deeply miss Mr. Lopez, not only for his incredible salesmanship but for the sincere relationships he built with all of us over the years. His presence, his voice, and his legacy will live on in the uniforms we wear with pride.
🕊️ Rest in peace, sir. Thank you for everything.
