05/02/2026 We had a good turnout for our open mat this weekend. Thank you to everyone that joined us. We had the opportunity to recognize some hard working individuals and their dedication to refining their craft and character. Great job to everyone.

Don’t forget, the first FULL week of every month is NoGi week in all afternoon classes. Kids and adults. There will be some more announcements coming in the next few weeks. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled to see what we’ve got planned.

After a small hiccup we’re back for our first official class of the year. Kids as always setting the pace and filling up the mats. Adults up next and our morning classes will be rolling full steam tomorrow. Last class of the year, 7am putting in work. Thank you all for your consistency and effort. Thank you to all the parents that chose our school to teach your children and thank you to everyone that helps out at the gym on a daily basis. 2025 was a good year for the team but I have a feeling 2026 is going to be even better. Have a fun safe New Year’s Eve and we will see you all on Saturday at open mat to kick off the new year.

We have another short week coming up. The last few days to finish of the year strong and move into the new year with dedicated and ready to achieve some new goals! Hope everyone had a great Christmas Day with family and we’ll be ready to see you for open mat and during the week.

It’s Christmas week. Monday and Tuesday we will be having all our normal classes. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be modified so everyone can enjoy their days. We’ll see everyone tomorrow to start off the week

It’s almost Christmas time! Hope everyone is enjoying their holidays. Coach Alex needs a break so there won’t be any morning classes this week (12/15- 12-18). Classes will be back the following week. Keep an eye out for more updates on schedule adjustments during the holidays. All the evening classes will remain the same this week. We’ll see you all tomorrow
