The 10th LIFCON2025 Anniversary at the Marriot in Sanibel Island, FL was a LaBlast!!! It was so awesome Dancing, learning and meeting other LaBlast Instructors and Retreaters!!! Lablastfitness.com

Eventhough we all may be preparing for Hurricane Milton or cleaning up from Helene, LaBlast Fitness is still on for Monday at 10 am at The SW Rec Complex in Largo, FL. I have some easy to follow Salsa, Rumba, Disco, Waltz & Mambo patterns for you! The City of Largo will be closed Tuesday & Wed. Be Safe everyone!

OCTOBER is my favorite month of the year, so therefore, I am rolling out my NEW LaBlast Fitness w/ Kristie B classes at the Southwest Recreation Complex ! Note - if you have the Silver Sneakers ( or other healtcare eligible, the class is FREE. Otherwise it is $5.00 for members or $10 for non-members. The 1st class will be October 4th ( Friday )

See you Friday, OCTOBER 4th at 9:30 am for LABLAST @ the SW Rec Complex in Largo for the 1st class AND MONDAYS at 10:00 am starting in OCTOBER!!!!
