It's Lobster Saturday and it's perfectly aligned with my Metabolic Balance Plan. Lobster is an excellent source of high-quality protein that includes all nine essential amino acids such as leucine, lysine, and valine, crucial for maintaining muscle mass and immune function. Additionally, lobster is rich in healthy fats like Omega-3 fatty acids, beneficial for heart health. 🦐🍴👍💪🌟
