"Once you illuminate yourself, you can illuminate the pathway for people you love." 🌟
True transformation begins within. By fostering our own growth and understanding, we become guides, lighting the way for those around us.
This journey of self-illumination not only enriches our lives but also creates a ripple effect, empowering others to find their own paths to enlightenment and well-being.
I encourage you to let your inner light shine brightly and watch as it illuminates the world around you. ✨

Centuries ago, many scholars and martial art practitioners carefully studied the movement of different animals and their relation between unlimited mobility of their movement, and the prevention of sickness and disease. Research concluded that animals in the wild, through their ability to move naturally, gracefully, and without limitations, seldom get sick. Once realized, many practitioners and scholars copied the movement of different wild animals. Through many generations, adjustments to forms were necessary to maximize the health benefits to the human body. Centuries of research and observation resulted in Martial Art Forms (Hyung) practiced for internal and external development.

"X-rays revealed that my back had two dislocated discs pinching a sciatic nerve, causing my whole left leg to go numb at times...
..I decided to go to the doctor and ask for a specific x-ray to be done on my back. The Doctor was amazed to see that my back was 90 percent back in line with the other vertebras and no longer pinching my sciatic. The Doctor was amazed and asked me what I was doing, quick answer Traditional Moe Doe. He told me as fast as it healed, keep it up for another month and everything should be back to normal."
