It’s a GOOD Monday when the program calls for max effort walk sits! Guys topped out at 200 lbs and the ladies hit 105 lbs for that :30 second HOLD! 💪

Murphy (SEAL), a man who sacrificed everything he had for our freedom. Join us this year as we continue to help keep his legacy alive through The Murph Challenge.
