With less than a month to prepare an athlete decides she wants to compete in the Heptathlon, but has never done the hurdles. 😳 So you get to work and start teaching the athlete how to hurdle.

The one time Alexia Jones literally jogged a 2:35 in the 800 and walked off the track like it was nothing after finishing the race. 😊
