Had some of the last of my cranberry sauce that uses tart cherries, black cherry cider and ground cloves along with the fresh cranberries. Friend of mine makes the best eggrolls ever and I added a little hot chicken, which I dipped both of those into a sweet baby Ray barbecue sauce with lots of hot sauce, Parmesan cheese, and oregano.
Great way to replace some calories after seven hours of volleyball at North Shore Park in St. Petersburg 🌴🏐🌴❗️

Trying to encourage others to prepare a healthy breakfast to start the day. Today I started off with a bit of olive oil and on very low heat, added garlic, broccoli, grape tomatoes, black olives, and lots of spinach for the base of my scrambled egg breakfast. This will be two meals for me and in an effort to promote my under $10 and under 10 minutes of preparation. This is a perfect meal.

Adding a bag of fresh spinach and a container of mushrooms into your pasta sauce is a great way to BOOST ITS NUTRITIONAL VALUE ❗️
