Question:
I paid spectrum a.k.a. Bright house between a 150 and 200 dollars.For many, many years, we had huge stormsand we're never without t.V service for more than a day or two. Fast forward ten years later We now have a service called spectrum that bought bright They started charging customers over double.I get builds as high as 375+ per month!
We've been without service for well over a week.I guess all that extra money didn't go to any of their infrastructure and rebuilding after storms. The response and repair times seems to One of the biggest debacles i've ever seen in my life living here In florida forever fifty years.
Does anybody else see that spectrum was completely not prepared for this storm or how to repair their infrastructure after a storm like this?
I know for me. I will be changing services as soon as possible as this was the final straw for me!
