The more conversations I have with clients, the more comparison comes up.
When people ask someone else “how long until you saw results?” They should also be asking:
• how many days did you eat a little extra or treat yourself or perfectly hit macros, or go under macros
• how many steps did you take everyday
• what’s your history with working out before this
• what’s your relationship and history with food
• what’s your daily activities and how active are you at work

I could go on but I think you see my point.
Not everyone has the same starting point. Keep that in mind when you’re comparing their ending point.

Time to dive into Panda Express’s menu! Like & Save for next time you’re eating out!
If you didn’t have time to meal prep that doesn’t mean your week will be ruined! Making thoughtful choices while eating out is key.
This is also a great reference for really any American-Chinese restaurant. They’ll usually have a steamed vegetable and they have great protein options.
Each of there are the entree serving size, and are focusing on higher protein intake. These options can fit most low calorie diets. Comment below what restaurant I should do next!

I’m the first one to say that when life gets busy, eating out definitely relieves stress and helps to save time. Instead of cutting it out completely, try one of these alternatives that should fit most lower calorie diets, with a focus on higher protein options.
