Congratulations Robyn, and cheers to yet another terrific transformation at Yak's Fitness!
10 lb drop in just over a month is a great accomplishment in itself, but what is really cool in the actual shape of the muscle that changed the physique shape quite dramatically.
This is strictly due to the training techniques used in our process at Yaks Fitness. Not just for the fat loss, but shaping the body at the same time!
