You need to strengthen your entire shoulder girdle to support the heavier weights you want to lift.

The face pull
It's kind of a weird exercise, BUT extremely important.
It strengthens your often neglected rear deltoids and the muscles that make up your rotator cuffs.
These muscles (along with your serratus under your arms) stabilize your shoulder girdle.
Face pulls also engage your trapezius and rhomboid muscles helping to correct posture.
Next pull day, you better put this one in your routine.
3-4 sets of 10-12 reps
