I had a life long trigger that kept festering throughout my life. It became a part of my personality. I became known for this. It was something I didn’t know how to fix. A pain. A struggle. A shame.

I believe when we are ready to transform, the right people will show up to assist us.

Well Parker R Winder witnessed a direct reaction to my bad boy trigger. This was most likely my first experience having a man give me a non violent response with the intention to hold space and help me heal without taking it personally.

What transpired after blew my mind. I felt a huge load lift. My heart started to soften and I found myself trusting again. That rest came over me. I got what I waited so long to feel. Thank you Parker.
