As a fitness + nutrition coach, my message stays the same every Thanksgiving:
✨ You can enjoy the holiday and still honor your goals.
This season isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence, intention, and choosing what makes you feel good during and after the meal.
No guilt. No “starting over Monday.” No all-or-nothing spirals.
A few things I remind my clients today:
• Check in with your body before you check in with your plate
• Build your plate with intention (protein first!)
• Hydrate + move gently
• Release the all-or-nothing mindset
• Eat slowly, savor the moment
