Two favorite morning views at the house with the best purchase I’ve made in Thailand. This hammock was 80THB (Less than $3). So I bought 3 and placed them in the Sala. Great to get some blue and green into the eyes each day.

Standing tall at just over 6ft. I prefer taller heavy bags so I can stretch kick (increase flexibility through dynamic movements) and will put this on a higher base once my splits are warmed up again.

New arrival to the Ko Samui Island playground. The is a foam based free-standing bag from Fairtex. The base is really heavy and unlike most free-standing bags, it doesn’t fall over when you punch it. Yes, you can low kick it too. My favorite is still the red “original” version from Lifestyle fitness. But those are near impossible to find and 4X the price. Now if I can find a few B.O.B.’s - oh, I did find one on the island being used as a mannequin for the waterfalls (ask for a pic) but they refused to sell it to me and they are unaware it is a martial arts training dummy. One of our old school students from the CMS California camp (Kevin, who now lives in Thailand) donated these awesome Kickboxing gloves from Fairtex to the new location in Samui.
