As I walk on my treadmill in my PMS overalls, I started to think about how lucky we are to have a community that is open, honest and not afraid of all of the different things the body goes through.

Kudos to this community! And thank you to my male coach who has taught me so much about the stages of my cycle.

Now that I’m approaching stages of menopause I’m confident that I am heard, guided and understood.

Ninja creami - 100 calorie ice cream!

Strawberry Protein ice cream (makes 2)
15.5 protein/ 5.5 carbs / 1 fat (serving)

•138g frozen sliced strawberries
•1 Fairlife vanilla protein shake

Add Fairlife shake to pint container
* freeze overnight

add a splash of cream or almond milk to the top before spinning.

Spin on light ice cream

Rinse frozen sliced strawberries,

Respin until desired consistency. (4 x for me)

Add 138g of slightly thawed strawberries and use the mix in setting.

Lastly one final respin
(dash of calorie free sweetener, optional)

Toppings are optional & additional calories

I used 1 caramel rice cake because it taste like ice cream cone 🍦
chocolate chips, and a little chocolate syrup
