Antonio and Brady worked with the newer technicians on multipoint inspections and advisor walkarounds at Ford Country. An MPI is about more than finding sales opportunities. It can uncover safety concerns the customer may not know about, helping protect both the customer and the dealership.

During the walkarounds, they checked lights, popped the hoods, tested the horns, looked for damage, inspected the wiper blades, and tire condition. They also discussed when tire rotations, wheel balancing, and alignments were recommended. Talked about how a thorough walkaround can help advisors build rapport and strengthen the relationship with each customer.
