Happy late Valentine’s Day to my hubs who refuses to take photos with me because he knows I will post it. We’ve celebrated 15 together, this year we got a sitter and went to dinner, the best way to celebrate!

First month of Ripped has been amazing. I developed this class a couple years ago and I forgot how much I love it. It’s nice to get some lifting back in my life. is my forever workout partner and I’m so happy to call her my friend. We talked about how we were in the best shape of our lives when we did this class consistently. See you at the studio, remember to reserve your spot!

Back on macros and feeling amazing. I’m not going to lie, last year I took a break from self-care and everything that makes me feel good. I hardly worked out, dealt with 3 injuries, and ate all my feelings. But 1 week into the new year and back to working out and eating well and I already feel like a different person. Funny how putting myself first can help with that. It’s not easy, that’s for sure, but it’s totally worth the work.

And just like that we are back from our first ever travel tournament. It didn’t end how she would of liked it too but there were many memories made and lessons learned. Till next time

Today is our Christmas since Matt will be working a 24 on Christmas Day. Thinking about all the first responders and how grateful I am for their sacrifices and service that takes them away from their families on holidays. Try explaining to an 8 year old why Christmas Eve is really Christmas Day but the night before isn’t really Christmas Eve and that we will be celebrating Christmas Eve on our Christmas Day. 🤪 He had all the questions this year. Lucky to get to be with family but missing my parents dearly in California. Christmas 2020 you will never be forgotten.
