🚨We are so excited to introduce our new Head Coach! Please join us in welcoming Coach Jessie!
Jessie is joining LVAD from our Summerlin studio. She was a 1:1 and group instructor for 12 years in Colorado at Lifetime Fitness. She has also been a CrossFit coach and bootcamp instructor for various smaller gyms.
Jessie has been with F45 for 2 years. When she started she was coaching at both LVAD and Summerlin and then eventually moved to Summerlin full-time.
Jessie has a background in corrective exercise, and she likes to Olympic lift for her personal workouts.
Jessie is so excited to get to know everyone at LVAD and help continue to grow our amazing community! 💙❤️💪
