Do you have a teen daughter that is socially awkward is bullied spends too much time on their phone. We have a team program at our women’s gym that we’re getting ready to start this week.
The teens are going to learn how to lift weights. They’re gonna get a self-defense class three times over the summer and we’re gonna do a field trip to a horse farm and learn about how to take care of horses..

Orientation is today, Wednesday June 10, Monday June15th at 1 PM and Thursday at 1 PM this week.

Legs Up, Stress Down ✨🪷
Put your legs up and let the stress come down. This deeply restorative experience is designed to help you release tension from your body, calm your nervous system, and reset from the inside out. We’ll move through gentle mobility work, deep stretching, and foam rolling to loosen tight muscles and improve recovery while giving your body the care it’s been begging for.

As the lights soften, we’ll transition into grounding breathwork, guided meditation, and a calming sound bowl journey that invites your mind to slow down and your body to fully surrender to rest. Sip on refreshing non-alcoholic wine, soak in the peaceful vibes, and leave feeling lighter, longer, calmer, and completely recharged.

Our Small Group Training program is designed for women who want personalized coaching, accountability, and results in a supportive small-group environment. With a maximum of only 4 women per group, each member receives individualized attention tailored to their personal fitness goals, experience level, and lifestyle.

Your membership includes:

* 2 Small Group Training sessions per week
* 8 total training sessions per month
* Access to several additional fitness classes each week
* Customized guidance and support to help you stay consistent and motivated

This program combines the energy of group training with the focused coaching of personal training, creating an encouraging environment where women can build strength, confidence, and community together.

Our Open House was everything — amazing vendors, sample classes, and a room full of women showing up for themselves and each other. This is exactly why we built B Fitness.

For Girls Ages 13-17 | June, July & August

Not every girl feels like she fits in. Some girls feel awkward, shy, left out, or struggle to make friends. Some have experienced bullying, low self-esteem, social anxiety, or simply wish they had a place where they felt accepted.

The Wildflower Program is a safe, supportive community designed to help teen girls build confidence, create meaningful friendships, and discover their inner strength through fitness, mentorship, self-defense, and personal growth.

Our mission is simple: To help girls feel seen, valued, strong, and connected. Through fun workouts, team-building activities, confidence-building discussions, monthly self-defense training, and a special ranch field trip with horses, girls will develop physical strength, emotional resilience, and a sense of belonging in a positive, judgment-free environment.

Girls Will Learn To:
Build confidence and self-esteem
Develop healthy friendships and social skills Stand up for themselves with self-defense training
Improve physical fitness and strength
Overcome self-doubt and negative self-talk
Feel empowered, supported, and accepted

Program Details:
June 1st - August
Mondays & Thursdays | 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
Ages 13-17

You don’t have to change who you are to belong. You just need a place where you can grow.
