Hi everyone, let's do some combination movement 1) first we will perform a basic ab crunches and then add a slow twist at the top of the movement 💪🏽💪🏽.
Remember: 1) Focus on bringing the rib cage toward the pelvis bone CONTROLLED movement. 2) slow and twist your body to one side.
(3 sets x 10reps) and then switch the top twist to the other side. Rest for about 1-1.5 mins after you had completed left and right side and you feel comfortable increase the reps up to 15-20.
