The perfect way to end one’s day: 45 minutes focused solely on and 🥰 With modalities focused on achieving that intensive blood circulation, detoxification of the lymphatic system and all that fatty buildup in your body’s tissues, and deep muscle stimulation that repairs torn fibers while helping them grow back , you’re gonna sleep better, recover faster, see improved digestion and skin quality. Add those to the fact that you have that coveted quiet time to yourself to reflect, reset, recharge… and all before bedtime. This therapy is my favorite wind-down after a long day. Lol, and let’s face it… there’s been some long ones lately 🙄😬

EbodyRenew by Madame Et Monsieur has once again done it! Our therapy partnered with easy to follow nutritional guidance, and of course Andre’s dedication to his journey, 😘🤗

Long post (continued in the comments…) 😬

While home on vacay I had time to reflect on my current state of health and #self-care routines. 

Y’all know me. I #bleedblueI loathe to miss a camp and set my goal to make it 6x each week. I am very purposeful and intentional with this. Occasionally something gets me and I may only hit 5 BUT those weeks are the exception and then the following week I’m right back trying to get in 6. Camp for me is an incredible workout and so much more: community; motivation; fun; an opportunity to show my children that I actively seek to live a healthy lifestyle that includes regular, vigorous exercise; a safe place to push my boundaries and do things I never would have dreamed I could; and on and on. I LOVE to #bleedblue. 

Since school has let out and I have had the time, I’ve added walks into my routine. I often tell others that walks are one of the most underrated forms of exercise out there. Walking is a great low-pact exercise that allows one to work the joints and maintain mobility while also providing a quiet time to reflect and relieve all of that stress we tend to carry around throughout the day. I 💗 me a good walk! (Lol but know, if you walk with me you better keep up because I’m not a “stop and smell the roses while commenting on the birds” kind of walker. I push it up and my strides are long. 😉) 

I eat well, most of the time. I typically track my macros and choose foods that, more or less, are nutrient dense without all of the extra garbage added in.  That being said, I am human and do allow myself to splurge, oh let’s say once a week  because let’s face it, what’s the point if you can’t enjoy the more decadent, guilt-filled foods on occasion. 

I go to the chiropractor regularly. I go to bed on time and strive for a quality 8hrs of sleep each night. I drink water like it’s my day job. I wash my face and brush my teeth morning and night, and do all of those (that we consider) typical self-care, basic hygiene things.

All of that said, while home away from my normal routines (and out walking coincidentally 🤷‍♀️) I realized I have been neglecting one of my most amazing tools in my tool belt: my magic machine 🪄 crafted and created by Ria Taute and Robey Taute at
I know I haven’t shared about it in a minute, and tbh, I have let the busy schedule of working a FT and two PT jobs, being a mom and a wife, homemaker, etc distract me from the reality that I have my 🪄 just sitting in its room waiting for me to use it! That day, while walking on vacation, I told myself that as soon as I got home that was it; I was going to set the intention to use it regularly, and so I have!
What is my magic machine? Let me reintroduce you to my EbodyRenew by Madame Et Monsieur neuromuscular electrotherapy machine. It is designed to provide intensive blood circulation, detox, and deep tissue neuromuscular-electrotherapy. Tomorrow I plan to use my machine to help rehabilitate a few strains I’ve been feeling lately from all of my heavy exertion at the gym.

Do you skip it?!

This is one little fix or adjustment that you can make to get both your and working for you BECAUSE they don't start until you EAT. (& no, shakes do NOT count 😉)

One of my 😍:
*oatmeal without all of the pre-added additives.
*a little PURE honey or PURE maple syrup (as in tsp or less)
*fresh berries!!
*fat-free / plant based milk OR (my fave) 💦
Oh YUM!! 🤩 !!

This can be prepped the night before or made while prepping the coffee; either way you can take it with you; so truly, ⏰ is NEVER the excuse.

Two words for you:
⬇️30 POUNDS!!
Okay, okay. That was three words, not two. BUT STILL. 🤩This gorgeous young lady lost 30 LBS with our incredible program!

What's more? She toned and tightened up those areas so positively affected by her weight loss WITHOUT SURGERY!!
