I was craving something sweet but still wanted to stay on track 🍪🤍 so I made this LOW CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN OREO CHEESECAKE… and it was SOOOOO GOOD 😭👇
Ingredients:
* 12 Oreo Thins
* 2 tbsp light butter
* 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
* 8 oz fat-free cream cheese
* 2 eggs
* 1/3 cup zero calorie sweetener
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 4 Oreo Thins crushed inside
Instructions:
1. Crush Oreos + mix with melted butter
2. Press into pan
3. Bake crust at 325°F for 8 min
4. Mix all filling ingredients until smooth
5. Fold crushed Oreos into batter
6. Pour into pan
7. Bake 35–40 min
8. Chill 4+ hours
9. Add crushed Oreos on top 🍪

180 calories
14g protein
14g carbs
7g fat

Making homemade queso costeño brings me back to my roots, my family, and the real taste of Colombia. Simple, salty, fresh, and SO good 🤤🧀
How to make queso costeño 🇨🇴🧀
Ingredients:
• 1 gallon whole milk
• 1/4 cup white vinegar or lemon juice
• 1–2 tbsp salt
Instructions:
1. Heat the milk until hot but not boiling.
2. Add vinegar or lemon juice slowly and stir gently until the milk separates.
3. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
4. Strain with a cheesecloth or clean towel.
5. Add salt and mix well.
6. Press it into a bowl or mold and let it cool in the fridge for a few hours.
Perfect with arepas, patacones, eggs, or by itself 🤤

Just threw this together for a snack… didn’t expect it to look this good 😮🔥🤤 crostini with cheese, cured meat, seafood, and herbed butter. Simple but hits every time 😮🔥
Morning ritual ✨
I start with warm water + Celtic salt + ½ lime to rehydrate after sleep, replenish minerals, and gently activate digestion.
Then I add a ginger immunity shot.
Ginger supports circulation and digestion.
Orange provides vitamin C.
Added probiotics support gut health which plays a major role in immune function.
It’s not about “detoxing.”
It’s about giving my body what it needs before the chaos of the day.
Hydrate first. Nourish intentionally. Everything else after.
