It’s as simple as allowing yourself to at “Oh, this doesn’t feel good.” To “Oh, this does feel good.”

It’s that simple, yet the people pleaser likes to come out from time to time telling us other wise.

Feel good in your body. Get to know your body. Get to know your mind and you will see how you can set your boundaries a lot easier by being in your own frame.

As you all know, I’ve been doing a lot of sexual and energy healing.

Your sexual energy center resonates into all areas of your life. I believe it to truly be the energy center that is your powerhouse center.

For a lot of us, we experience sexual shame, guilty, or sadness. Personally I have dealt with a lot of shame and guilt in regards of my sexuality or sexual nature.

Through the healing journey that I have embarked on I am finding the less and less I feel shameful or guilty about my feminine sexual nature the less and less I care about what others say, think, or feel about me through my business and social media.

A lot more of my thinking process has turned from being inward and scared to “How can this experience of mine benefit others?”

And so, I’m wanting to share my healing finding with you and will do so more and more from here on out.

Let’s talk about confidence real quick.

You can walk around in feeling like your some plain Jane or you can walk around being the star of your own movie.

A year ago, I would think I shouldn’t wear certain things or do certain things because it’s just “extra”.

Like “extra” was just too much and people would judge me for it.

However, through some internal healing and putting a ton of work into my own mindset and being. I had come to a conclusion that no one really gives a s**t.

And if they do it’s either because they f**k with your vibe or they are insecure themselves. Typically it’s the first and not the latter.

Other people look for other people to shine their light because it gives them permission to be themselves.

Confidence is magnetic and a lot of the times extremely sexy. It has nothing to do with the way you look.

It has everything to do with the vibration you give off.

So, go off with your bad self, unapologetically and authentically 😏😉

People who are triggered by you is their own damn problem.

Just because someone is unable to handle your light means you dim it.

Tell them to kindly f**k off and shine your light even brighter 🥰

I have dealt with being a people pleaser my whole life. And let me tell you, it f**king sucks big fish nuggets. 🐟

A little thing I call self love is when you are disciplined and consistent with your goals.
