Such a very horrible thing to happen today at NBHA. My daughter horse and the rest of our barns horses were okay but so very sad that others were not. My heart goes out to the owners and the poor horses. It’s not the first I’ve heard of things happening in the horse world and it’s sad that we have to watch our horses from other people, even people we might know. No horse deserves to be injured, stabbed, poisoned, tendons cut, or any of the like that’s happened in history. They are innocently doing a job they are asked to do by their owner.

still thinking about the trail ride two weekends ago in Calico Basin. The red rock has a part of my heart. Sedona is one of my absolute favorite places and all that red rock there brings me so much peace, having some here in Vegas Carrie’s that here for me from home. Enjoyed Calico Basin so much and with such a great group including Crystal, Darleen, and Corey. Cant wait for the next chance to go.

Since the weather is supposed to be beautiful tomorrow! I’m hoping to organize a trail ride! Anyone want to join?? I’m open to Red Rock, Lone Mountain, or Mt. Charleston. I also have a spot in my trailer if anyone near the Centennial area needs a ride.

Dove is ready with her new trail saddle to start going on trails again in the early mornings or evenings. Thinking of trailering to either Red Rock or Mt. Charleston to do some trails. Anyone free the morning of 8/16 and want to go?

Waiting for a few projects and a move to get wrapped up and then I’ll be free to trail ride a bit more as the weather and my body permits. Can’t wait to enjoy the trails again and neither can Dove! Would like to plan a big trail ride after March 3rd. Anyone want to join? Could do a week day at Lone Mountain and somewhere else at Mt Charleston or Tulle Springs. Any takers?

Dreaming of warmer days and trail riding. My fibromyalgia has been really bothering me lately making it very difficult for me to get out and ride. So I’m dreaming of warmer weather to enjoy some early morning rides. Can’t wait for spring!
